After almost four years of hard work, Government Accountability Office (GAO), an institution of US Congress, has published “Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide: Best Practices for Developing and Managing Program Costs“. It was developed ” to provide agencies across the government with a way to produce reliable, high quality cost estimates.”.
